NVQ in Steel Erection
Recent rule changes mean that anyone working with steel erection in construction will need a Blue (skilled worker) CSCS card. Mainline now offer a range of level 2 and 3 NVQ training for anyone working in steel erection, bringing them up to the level required for a skilled worker card. All courses fit within the ECITB and CITB National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) / Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF).
At present we offer
- CITB QUA 880 QCF Level 2 Qualification in Erection of Pre-Cast Concrete Flooring
- ECITB 501/2321/X QCF Level 2 Qualification in Metal Decking and Stud Welding.
- ECITB 501/2321/X QCF Level 2 Qualification in Steel Erection.
- ECITB 501/1102/4 QCF Level 3 Qualification in Erecting Engineering Construction Capital Plant Steel Structures
The training will take place at your working site and will be followed by at least two observation visits.
On completion of the course the trainee will receive a ECITB/CITB – NVQ/QCF Certificate.
