Regional Account Manager

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Regularly visit customer sites maintaining customer first point of contact
  • Contacting customers to review their needs and update new product information
  • Management of customer accounts dealing with invoices queries/payments and managing customer debts.
  • Quote customers over the telephone when calls received and by e-mail Hire Estimates
  • Work towards targets set in Sales Meetings, contributing towards customer feedback on product requirements and rates etc
  • Carry out customer surveys
  • Grow customer Data Base, follow up sales leads and update customer database with information received and actions taken
  • Sourcing plant and equipment to meet customer requirements
  • Helping to maintain the hire database system
  • Management of technical specifications database
  • Management of sales literature
